Tattoos are by appointment only. The Vintique Bazaar is a private studio inside Kosmo Salon on S Staples. I am not always present in studio unless by appointment, thus I ask interested clients to book online.

You can request an appointment via Instagram DM, or through my website via this form here. If you request through Instagram, still read the form so you know what information to include in your message.

Often, in-person consultations are not required for booking flash designs. In many cases, clients are booking from different cities so consultations can be done online. For custom designs though, in some circumstances if it’s possible your artist may ask for an in-person consultation ranging anywhere from 15-30 minutes at the studio.

A deposit is required to secure you appointment date and design. Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit covers artists time, labor, and supplies, and goes towards the cost of your tattoo the day of your appointment. So for example, if you pay an $85 deposit on a $185 tattoo, the day of your appointment you would pay the remaining $100 (and tip ;-)! )

I offer flash designs, but I also enjoy doing custom design requests in my style. My style includes but is not totally limited to: dotwork/pointillism, geometric, nature and antiquity inspired, SWANA, MENA, Palestinian and Indigenous designs.

Drawings are shown three days before your appointment. If you’d like to make any changes, please notify the artist before your appointment.

I try to reply to tattoo DM and form requests immediately. If you haven’t heard back about a custom tattoo design request sent via email, it’s possible your email went to spam if you didn’t fill out this request form on my website. If the artist does not reply back to your custom design request, it doesn't mean there anything wrong with what you requested, this just means it's not the right fit for their style.

Deposits are non-refundable. Please message me via Instagram as soon as you know you may not be able to make it to your intended appointment date. The sooner you can communicate this the best, and at least 3 days before your appointment.
Last minute cancellations and rescheduling should only be done for genuine urgent emergencies and illness. No call no shows will result in blacklisting.
If rescheduling is not possible, or another situation arises to where you cannot make it to your re-scheduled appointment, you forfeit your deposit.
